Fra-Ber Ca Clean Descaling Additive for Pressure Washers, Boilers, Car Washes and Cleaners
THE BENEFITS OF CA CLEAN
Ca Clean by Fra-Ber is a descaling additive for pressure washers, ideal for softening hard water in water circuits, car washes and cleaners.
Main features:
- Reduces limescale buildup: the additive is specifically formulated to reduce water hardness, limescale buildup and mineral salt deposits;
- Suitable for use in professional equipment: it is particularly suitable for use in pressure washers or similar equipment for lasting performance over time;
- Hard water softener: it is suitable for use in water circuits such as water heaters, boilers, heat exchangers and also in household appliances such as irons;
- Suitable for car washes: it is suitable for professional use in car washes to reduce water hardness in systems and cleaners.
CA CLEAN IS IDEAL
- For use in pressure washers and similar devices to reduce the formation of limescale and keep the coil clean over time;
- As a softener of hard water in water heater, boiler and heat exchanger circuits;
- For car washes that use lime-rich water to reduce water hardness in systems, cleaners or equipment.
HOW TO USE CA CLEAN
We recommend using Ca Clean as a descaling additive for pressure washers, water heaters, boilers, in car washes and cleaners.
Main steps:
- Use with the dosing device of pressure washers or washing systems, following the instructions of the equipment manufacturer.
- Alternatively, add to the pre-dilution tank or to the product being used, if provided for.
If used in pressure washers/as a water additive: if the pressure washer has an automatic descaler dosing device, dose according to the hardness of the water. If not, it is recommended to add 3.3 ml of product per m³ of water and per 1 degree of hardness TH (°f). If the pressure washer does not have dosing devices, mix the product with the pre-wash detergent or shampoo if provided for, as outlined below. If used in a pressure washer with hot (over 40°C) and very hard (over 45°TH) water, we recommend adding the additive.
If used as an additive in the water or in the cleaner: mix the product with the pre-wash detergent or shampoo if provided for, or in the water/cleaner solution:
- at 5% in the cleaner with hardness 54°TH and temperature 40-50°C.
- at 10% in the cleaner with hardness 108°TH and temperature 40-50°C.
For higher temperatures, the dose must be increased. For use with low temperatures, we always recommend using at least 2-3%.
If used in osmosis systems: for effective membrane protection, we recommend 0.56 ml of additive per 1 degree of hardness TH (°f) and per m³ of water.
Precautions: follow the instructions of the equipment / cleaner manufacturer carefully. We recommend removing any existing limescale/salt deposits before use.
