THE BENEFITS OF FORTE SANY
Forte Sany by Fra-Ber is a steel degreaser and kitchen hygieniser** effective on tough dirt like grease, oil, and plant and animal proteins.
Main features:
- Ideal for cleaning steel: it is formulated to degrease and polish stainless steel stove tops, hoods, worktops and appliances;
- Suitable for use in HACCP plans: its degreasing and cleaning properties make it suitable for use in HACCP-compliant cleaning processes;
- Cleans, removing germs and bacteria* it helps remove germs and bacteria* along with the dirt;
- Suitable as a kitchen cleaner: it removes stubborn dirt like grease and burnt food residue or buildup, making it a valuable ally for cleaning domestic and professional kitchens and appliances such as hoods, ovens, barbecues, grills, slicers, fridges, stove tops and hobs;

HOW TO USE FORTE SANY
We recommend using Forte Sany as a steel degreaser and kitchen hygieniser**.
The main steps and dilution ratios change depending on the selected format:
- Forte Sany 750 ml:
- Spray the product onto the stain and area to be treated;
- Wipe with a damp cloth;
- Leave on for 5–15 minutes for a more powerful hygienising effect**.
- Forte Sany 1000 ml:
- For current cleaning of surfaces:
- Dilute to a ratio between 1:15 and 1:19, i.e., use between 60 ml and 50 ml of product and top up with water (between 940 ml and 950 ml) to obtain a 1 L ready-to-use solution;
- Spray the product onto a microfibre or fabric cloth and treat the surface;
- For routine floor cleaning:
- Dilute to a ratio between 1:43 and 1:65, i.e., use between 90 ml and 60 ml of product and top up with water (between 3910 ml and 3940 ml) to obtain a 4 L ready-to-use solution;
- For intensive cleaning (hygienising with wet method/rubbing/manual cleaning), dilute to a ratio of 1:20, i.e., use 390 ml of product and top up with water (7610 ml) to obtain an 8 L ready-to-use solution;
- For after building cleaning (hygienising):
- Dilute to a ratio between 1:3 and 1:7, i.e., use between 2 L and 1 L of product and top up with water (between 6 L and 7 L) to obtain an 8 L ready-to-use solution;
- Deep cleaning (abrasive hygienising), single-disc scrubber and wet/dry vacuum cleaner:
- Dilute to a ratio of 1:18, i.e., use 420 ml of product and top up with cold water (7580 ml) to obtain an 8 L ready-to-use solution;
- Forte sany 4,54 L:
- For routine surface and floor cleaning:
- Dilute to a ratio between 1:43 and 1:79 i.e, use beetween 90 ml and 50 ml of product and top up with water (between 3910 ml and 3950 ml) to obtain a 4 L ready-to-use solution;
- For intensive cleaning dilute to a ratio of 1:20, i.e., use 390 ml of product and top up with water (7610 ml) to obtain an 8 L ready-to-use solution;
- For single-disc scrubber and wet/dry vacuum cleaner:
- Dilute to a ratio of 1:18, i.e., use 420 ml of product and top up with cold water (7580 ml) to obtain an 8 L ready-to-use solution;
Use: use the product pure.
Precautions: Always rinse thoroughly. On delicate surfaces, a spot test should always be performed before use. Surfaces in direct contact with foodstuffs must be repeatedly rinsed with hot potable water (40°C - 60°C, 8 - 16 l per m²) after hygienising**.
